PickettPanel is a place to experiment and develop circuit logic — it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified, licensed electrician or engineer, and it does not certify or guarantee that any finished design is safe or compliant.
Use it to explore ideas, test logic, and iterate quickly. The finished, buildable product — verified, reviewed, and made code-compliant — is on you. Before any circuit is built, energized, or relied upon:
Have the design reviewed by a licensed electrician or engineer.
Verify compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), IEC 60617, NFPA 79, and all applicable local codes and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
Follow proper lockout/tagout and electrical safety practices at all times.
PickettTech and PickettPanel provide this software "as is," without warranty of any kind, and disclaim all liability for injury, property damage, code violations, or other loss arising from the use, misuse, or output of this tool, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Click an element to select it. Double-click (or Edit) to change its address or preset. Delete key (or button) removes it. Click a rung number (R1…) to select the whole rung.
NO / NC — read an input (I0), an output (Q0, for a seal-in), a timer (T0) or a counter (C0) Coil — ON while the rung is true Latch — turns an output ON and keeps it ON Unlatch — turns a latched output OFF Timer — T0 goes ON after the rung has been true for its preset. Anything after the timer on the same rung (e.g. a coil) turns on only when it's done
Live Monitor — shrinks this editor to a small window so you can run the circuit and watch the ladder at the same time

One terminal per line
OUT = IN (follow) · OUT = NOT IN (invert) · OUT = IN AFTER 3 (on-delay, seconds). Outputs without a rule follow the input on the same row.
Wires already connected to renamed terminals will need to be reconnected. Removing a terminal deletes its wires.

Thanks — that's genuinely useful.
Every bit of it gets read. It shapes what gets built next.

🎯 Fault-Finding Challenges
Each one loads a circuit with a hidden fault. Diagnose it, then name the faulty part.
